Further Information: A friendly and patient PA is required to support a lady living with Dementia in her own home. Her husband is the main carer and you will be following direction and instruction from him.
The lady would like to remain in her own home for as long as possible and your support is needed to help the lady with her morning and evening routine as well as assistance with negotiating the stairs. She will need support with showering and dressing so patience, kindness and sensitivity is a must. It is really important to the lady that her personal appearance and hygiene is maintained.
Important Information: There is a genuine occupational requirement for a FEMALE worker, and therefore only applications from FEMALES will be considered*. *Exempt under the Equality Act 2010.
