Location: HU5 area of Hull
Rate of pay: £9.50 per hour
Hours: 6 hours per week
Days: Saturdays 10 am – 4 pm (flexible – to be discussed at interview)
Further information A Personal Assistant with a good sense of humour is required to support a teenage boy living in the HU5 area of the City. Your role will be to support him with engaging in social activities within the local area and improving his life skills and development. The boy enjoys going shopping, to the park, and to the cinema.
An understanding of autism and experience of supporting young people who are autistic would also be an advantage
Driver with own transport preferred but not essential
There are 6 hours per week – Saturdays 10 am – 4pm – flexible, to be discussed at interview
Owing to the nature of this position, any offer of employment will be subject to a satisfactory checking report from the Disclosure and Barring Service, the cost of which will be met by the local authority.”
