Rate of pay: £9:30 p/h
Hours: 16 hours plus 4.5 hours
Days: 2 days per week – to be discussed at interview.
Further Information: A bright and bubbly FEMALE PA is needed to support a woman with Cerebral Palsy in the HU16 area of Hull. You will join an existing team of 2 PA’s who work together to provide a support team and cover each other’s holiday and sickness.
This woman is very sociable, loves fashionable clothes, enjoys her hair blow dried, before the pandemic enjoyed going to restaurants & pubs for lunch or coffee.
The main duties include personal care, light housework, shopping and some food preparation, so a passion for food would be an advantage. Support is also required to attend appointments.
The ideal PA will be highly motivated, adaptable and able to encourage and support independent living skills and build self-confidence. In addition you should be good at communicating and be able to build good relationships based on trust and respect.
A car driver is preferable though not essential
