Further Information:
A kind and confident Personal assistant is required for an 8 year old girl in the HU7 area of the city. The young girl has learning difficulties and epilepsy. A PA is required to work alongside her existing PA, as the young girl requires 2:1 support. There will be personal care involved and full training will be given in terms of managing her epilepsy. Team working will be essential as the young girl has no safety awareness, so extra precautions will need to be taken when out and about.

The PA’s will help her access the activities she loves such as swimming, soft play and going to the parks. On the days it’s not possible to be out and about she loves role playing and singing. She is able to express her owns needs and wishes and is very clear about what she likes and doesn’t like.

The PA will have a genuine interest in working with disabled children and be willing to work as part of a team.
