We are looking for a friendly and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support a lovely lady with neurological disabilities. This rewarding role involves helping her enjoy the activities she loves while building her confidence and independence in the community. The lady suffers from seizures which have hindered her ability to complete day to day tasks.
The PA’s tasks will be flexible and may include helping her get up and ready for day services, supporting with personal care, feeding, assisting with shopping, accompanying her to activities such as TK Maxx, painting nails, and providing companionship.
The PA may also support before and after day services to ensure she is settled.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is patient, kind, enthusiastic and enjoys working with people. Experience with epilepsy is welcomed but, above all, we’re looking for someone with the right attitude and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
A car driver is desired but not essential (vehicle and mileage costs provided by the employer)

💷 Pay: £12.71 per hour
🕒 Hours: 15 hours per week (days and times to be agreed with the employer)
The successful applicant will be subject to an enhanced DBS check. The cost of this will be met by the Local Authority/employer.
