The post is to support 2 x Gentleman who both have Marfans so are both very tall men. Both have a ceiling hoist in situ, which will need to be used when mobilising both men.

One is bed bound with MS and needs to be turned every 2 hours throughout the night.

And will need to be supported with Nutritional needs and would also require support with feeding and support to drink through a straw.

The PA will also need to support with Personal care and Toileting in a dignified manner.

Support to administer medication.

One has eplispy and learning difficulties, and can sometimes come across as been offensive, but doesn’t mean to be, this is part of the disability.

Support will be needed with Nutritional needs, Personal Care and Toileting in a dignified manner.

Support to administer Medication.

Both gentlemen need a person who has an understanding and calm nature to support both in the comfort of their own home.
