Rate of pay: £11.44 + Milage Costs
Hours: 16 – 32 hours per week available (can be negotiated at interview)

Further Information: A confident and patient Personal Assistant is required to join a team of PA’s supporting a disabled young man in the HU9 area of the city. He has autism, ADHD, OCD and experiences communication difficulties. He is unable to communicate verbally and uses non-verbal communication and therefore his PAs will need to encourage him to use his Now and Next Cards and PECS (Picture exchange communication system). Full training and support will be given.
He enjoys going out for lunch, swimming and going for walks in the local parks. He loves the East Park Bikes when they are available. He also enjoys sensory play, early learning, jigsaws, playing and using his ipad. A car driver would be preferred with mileage costs to be covered by the employer.
