Further information:
A calm, patient, PA is required to support a boy living in the HU5 area of Hull. The boy is very active and enjoys going to the local swimming pool, although he cannot swim, and you would need to go into the pool with him. He also enjoys going to the park, and ten pin bowling.
The boy has severe learning difficulties and autism. He has no sense of danger, so when indoors, you would need to ensure that doors are locked, with keys out of the lock. When out and about, you would need to hold his hand, especially in busy areas, to ensure his safety.
The boy has very limited verbal communication but can communicate his needs and wants.
He requires some help with personal care. “
