What is a timesheet?
A timesheet is a data table that an employer can use to track the time a particular employee has worked during a specific period .
An employer and their personal assistants need to have a record of what hours they have worked, so the PA should complete a timesheet. The timesheet should be signed by you both.
Employer Information:
You may be ask your PA to complete a four weekly time sheet to be submitted to the you no later than 3 days after the end of the pay period in order that you can sign and authorised the hours claimed and send information to Payroll calculate PA wages. Payment will be delayed if the time sheet is submitted after this date.
Personal Assistant information:
You may be asked to complete a four weekly time sheet to be submitted to the Employer no later than 3 days after the end of the pay period in order that the Employer can sign and authorised the hours claimed and calculate your wages. Payment will be delayed if the time sheet is submitted after this date.
