A Female Personal Assistant is required for a lady in the HU4 area of Hull.
She lives with her two children, a girl of 17 and a boy of 15 and the family cat.
She needs support to get out of the house to shop and socialise, go to swimming/therapies, (inc dressing/undressing) attend church and appointments. She also enjoys gardening and the outdoors.
She uses a powered wheelchair but can transfer herself.
A car driver with a clean license is preferred for her mobility vehicle as she particularly needs support to get to appointments and shopping and cannot rely on public transport.
Appointment will be made subject to a successful DBS check.
